1:45 pm-hair braiding begins outside GABCTEA (Tech Center)
2:00 pm-Color Guard call for hair, makeup, costume prep in west locker rooms
2:15 pm-call for all winds and percussion in contest uniform at the trucks (unload trucks, organize props, wraps/plumes, water, etc…)
3:00 pm-assemble into 2’s and transition to warm-up area
3:15 pm-standing by warm-up Area A
3:25 pm-3:55 pm-Pit Warm-up Area A
3:25 pm-4:10 pm-Warm-up Area A
4:20 pm-report to gate
4:30 pm-HEB Marching Contest Exhibition Performance
4:50 pm-load trucks (pit, props, stage crew)
5:20 pm- dismiss from trucks
10:00 pm-Meet at entrance gate in Show shirts and wind shorts for Exhibition and Finals Awards (optional)
10:15 pm-Trinity HS Band
10:30 pm-“The Commandant’s Own” United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps
10:45 pm-Finals Awards
