Inclement weather such as frost, fog or rain may delay the starting time specified above. Completion of between 5 and 8 holes will result in a partial refund. Completion of 9 holes or more will constitute a completed tournament. During inclement weather conditions, Texas Star and the tournament chairpersons will agree upon the official starting time and Texas Star will make the final decision when the golf course is unfit to play.
