Abilene Football Game Day Itinerary- Friday, October 4

6:30 am- Unload pit and props for morning rehearsal

7:00 am- Downbeat to rehearsal @ Raider Bowl (wear dry wicks, wind shorts, black socks, marching shoes)

9:40 am- Call time for pep rally in show shirt and jeans

10:00 am- Pep Rally

12:30 pm- Hair braiding begins (students in B or C lunch can begin braiding now)

1:30 pm- Dismiss from class (immediately after C lunch) to prep uniform, costume, hair, etc… for call time

2:00 pm- Call time in full uniform with instrument, shako box, flip folder, personal bag

2:15 pm- load five charter buses

2:30 pm- Depart L.D. Bell HS

5:30 pm- Arrive Shotwell Stadium, Abilene. Eat dinner

6:30 pm- Begin warm-up

7:30 pm- Kickoff

10:30 pm (approximate)- load busses

11:00 pm- Depart Shotwell Stadium (lights off and sleeping!)

*Students may ride home with a parent only with a release form (attached)

2:00 am- Arrive at LD Bell
