VIPS Badge Opportunity- July 30
As a reminder, all parent volunteers will need to be cleared and have a badge through HEB ISD VIPS. We will have a district representative beginning at 6 pm in the LDB Cafeteria prior to the July 30 Parent Meeting to make badges. You must RSVP to have your badge made, however. Here is the link:
**Volunteers MUST have their background check renewed before having their ID badge printed. Use this link to log into the HourTracker system to renew: https://www2.hebisd.edu/vips/ (or first-time volunteers can use the New Volunteers option to start a new account). Background checks can only be renewed within 30 days of expiration, so some volunteers may need to wait until that timeframe!
**Please bring your driver’s license (or other government issued photo ID) and a copy your VIPS Credentials to have your badge made. The link for that form is found on the main page of your HourTracker account, beneath the date your background check expires.
