L.D. Bell Band students in 10^th and 11^th grade will provide the music for this year’s Graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 1. Below is the itinerary for the day. Please note that all students need to arrive on Saturday in full concert uniform AND bring a change of clothes as we will be turning in uniforms and school-owned instruments following our return to school. Boys should bring $5 to cover the cost of dry cleaning the concert uniforms. Volunteers will launder girls’ uniforms.

11:15 am- Call time in Concert Uniform in Band Hall
11:30 am-11:50 am- Rehearse
11:50 am-12:00 pm- load stands, percussion, busses
12:00 pm- Depart
1:00 pm- Arrive at FW Convention Center
2:00 pm- Graduation begins
4:00 pm- Approximate end
4-4:30 pm- Load and depart for LDB
5:00 pm- Approximate arrival at LDB
5:00-5:30 pm- Turn in uniforms and concert instruments
