  2009-2010 Entertainment Passbook Fundraiser

The L.D. Bell Band Passbooks Sales beings Saturday, August 8th – October 19th - Passbook Cost: $20.00 each.
Each student is requested to sell at least 3 books each to meet our goals for the fundraiser. After the sale of the first 5 books, the student may decide to use any monies received over $10 per book sold toward band fees.

2009-2010 ENTERTAINMENT PASSBOOK FUNDRAISER
Dallas and Fort Worth Books Available (We are unable to do “out of town” sales this year)

Passbooks Sales beings Saturday, August 8th – October 19th - Passbook Cost: $20.00 each Each student is requested to sell at least 3 books each to meet our goals for the fundraiser. After the sale of the first 5 books, the student may decide to use any monies received over $10 per book sold toward band fees. Students must sign for all Passbooks. Receipts will be issued for ALL Passbooks checked out and returned. Very important! Students are responsible for all passbooks checked out and no student will be given credit for a returned book without a receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All fees collected for Passbooks are to be turned in ONLY on regularly scheduled Fee Collection turn in dates below; Monies will NOT be accepted on Distribution dates listed below.

IMPORTANT!! LAST CALL/FINAL PASSBOOK CHECKOUT AND RETURN date is Monday, October 19th from 4-5:30 PM. Students MUST have returned any and all unsold passbooks BY this due date to receive credit; after this date each student will be financially responsible for any and all Passbooks he/she has checked out to them. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Here are the dates and times Passbooks are available for pick up/return: Please note: Always check the website for up to date information as the location the students will be practicing changes on occasion from Bell to Penn or vs. versa and the passbook distribution will coincide.

In the event a student needs passbooks prior to a regularly scheduled distribution date, please contact Kathy Russell at (817) 521-3057 or by email chrisandkathy85@att.net to arrange a time to come by and pick up the additional books needed, as all Passbooks are kept off site from the school.

Passbook Sales Incentives for Students: Every student that sells a minimum of 3 Passbooks, that student’s name will be entered once into a drawing by the Bell Band for FREE giveaway prizes ie; Prizes TBD (ie; last year’s prizes included 2 iPod Nano’s and assorted amounts of iTune gift cards)

The drawing will take place once the fundraiser comes to a close and has been finalized.
